What we collect
When you send the contact form, we store what you type into it — your name, email address, and any phone number, company, website, service, budget and message you choose to share — together with the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. We use the last two only to fight spam and abuse.
Like every web server, ours keeps short-lived access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We may use messaging tools to notify our own team that a new enquiry has arrived. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies for visitors and runs no advertising trackers. A strictly necessary cookie is used only when our own staff sign in to the site’s admin area.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep sensible business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
